Genetics Take Home Exam - Quick Correction

Two things about the exam. It seemed to be a consensus that the Question 1 could have been worded better. That seemed to be the question most people were asking about before class was started as they compared answers.

The other thing is that it's good I double checked with someone else. I overlooked an important sentence that was part of Question 2a. I read the question as: Both John and Jane have siblings with sickle cell anemia but don't have it themselves.  What is the chance that their child will also have the disease. I overlooked the part of the question that said that no one else in the family had sickle cell anemia. That completely changed how the problem should be approached since the disease is autosomal recessive.
